• October 8, 2026 Notification of acceptance to authors

• October 31, 2026 Early bird registration

November 6, 2026   Final registration deadline for speakers to be included in the program

• November 15, 2026 Final program

Congress fees and registration

Registration includes access to the scientific program, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, social program, and the conference dinner.

The presenting author must register by 31th October 2026 to be included in the abstract book and scientific program.

Accompanyng Person (**) 250€ 300€

(*) The student registration fee is only available to full-time students who are enrolled in a bachelor's degree, master's degree, or PhD program.
Certification of enrollment must be upload upon registration.

(**) The accompanying person registration fee includes the welcome reception, social program, and conference dinner.

By filling out the registration form, you can choose whether to receive assistance from the agency alpinedream.it with your accommodation.
