Guidelines abstract submission

Dear ICSS participants and friends,

We are happy to inform you that the abstract submission deadline for the 11th ICSS has been extended to 22nd of August 2026, which also includes YIA candidates

Guidelines for abstract submission - Oral or poster presentation

All abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee. The accepted abstracts will be selected for either oral or poster presentations, and they will be published in the Congress Proceedings. The official language of the Congress is English.

Abstracts are restricted to a one A4 document (Arial, font size 12, margins according to model abstract) including possible tables and/or graphs. Click here to see the model abstract Word Template or LaTeX Template (PDF template).

Please complete the registration and abstract submission form (upload your abstract file directly via the form) from June 1, 2026, until August 1 (deadline). June 1th, 2026. Please indicate whether you would prefer an oral or a poster presentation and in which of these main areas (listed in the form) your topic belongs: 1) Alpine skiing, 2) Nordic skiing, 3) Snowboarding, 4) Ski mountaneering, 5) General. Then choose one of the subareas listed below and even in the form;

Confirmation of an abstract acceptance and if it is selected as an oral or as a poster presentation will be informed by e-mail by October 1th, 2026.
